Maria Boole has been a research assistant in Sub-Project A07 “The Industry of Personal Data” since 2025. She studied German and European Business Law (LL.B., LL.M.) at the University of Siegen. As part of her work within the CRC, she conducts research into and provides legal assessments of non-transparent practices in the online advertising industry, while also contributing to the further development of key data protection law concepts in the context of current technological and economic developments.
