Michael Ahmadi is a PhD student at the Chair of Information Systems and New Media at the University of Siegen. His research is primarily about the role of diversity (with a focus on gender) in IT organizations and design processes. Before joining the University of Siegen, Michael studied "International Marketing and Media Management" at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln (RFH Köln). He furthermore gained experiences in academic education and several digital consulting projects.
