Program:
The closed-door meeting in June will primarily serve as a continuation of the peer-feedback rounds on projects, who have not received one yet. The individual project meetings will again be held predominantly in form of responses, meaning the projects listed below will each receive feedback from two others projects on their subproject application. So there is no need for a prepared presentation by the project itself. Exceptions are the new projects B08 and P03 as well as the INF project,
who are asked to prepare short project presentations.
Some of the pairings have a cross-disciplinary approach in order to allow non-specialist assessors to anticipate questions.
In addition, there is a program slot for viewing and common discussion of the inspection posters at the beginning of the event. There is still plenty of time before the rehearsal in July
to revise the posters and to optimize the presentation.
